Spacious suite with large kitchen, dining, and living areas. Two large bedrooms en suite with two full bathrooms and a half bathroom. Actual laundry room with double utility sink. One bedroom can be locked-off with its own safe and refrigerator. Helpful and patient receptionist, friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel is conveniently located on the 5th Avenue, close to a drug store where you can easily pick up snacks or sunscreen. There is also a restaurant nearby, making dining options easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a washer and dryer available for guests to use. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, providing prompt assistance when needed.
The pool at the hotel is quite cold, making it uncomfortable for swimming.

The hotel's best aspects were its cleanliness, hotel facilities, location on the fifth Avenue, and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was spotless, and we were impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including spacious suites with large kitchens and living areas, as well as laundry rooms. The location was perfect, right on the main avenue and close to everything in this city. The staff, especially Mercedes and Abril, were lovely and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
